Overlooking the Saanich Inlet and the Gulf Islands and only 30 mins North of Victoria , 15 mins south of Duncan and 1 hour south of Nanaimo.

For the intimate gathering of up to 50 people we offer a combination indoor and outdoor area. We have a large indoor meeting room, covered outdoor patio areas and beautiful grassed areas all overlooking the ocean.
In house catering for 20 to 30 guests

For the larger more grand affair (during the warmer weather months) of up to 120 attending, we offer a larger grassed outdoor space to set up your rented marquis tents and chairs as well as parking for your guests. These full packages include 2 nights accommodation for six key members of your party.

To respect the needs of all of our guests some special events may require full booking of Waterfront House.
